We supply all US states. Sorry, but its too expensive for us to ship to Canada. All products are shipped using first class USPS. We only charge $1.99 for shipping and handling your order no matter how large or small. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
Refunds/Replacements
All sales are final. No refunds or replacements will be given.
Methods of Payment
We believe in low prices but we do not compromise on quality or service. In order to keep prices low for our customers we only operate on the Internet and have streamlined our processes to keep our costs to a minimum so we can offer the best value flower and vegetable seeds for the home gardener. We do not take orders by phone and we only accept payment online by credit/debit card.

Genetically modified or environmentally sensitive products
To our knowledge none of the products we supply have been drawn illegally from the wild or have been genetically modified in any way. We appreciate the need to conserve and protect the plant species of the world and our natural environment.
Product Liability
Our products are offered to the home/amateur gardener only for their personal use and are unsuitable for the professional grower. All sales are final. Please note that in no circumstances will we accept liability or be able to offer compensation. All of our products are supplied on this basis. The sending of an order by our customer represents acceptance of our terms of trade.
