Hibiscus seed 'Disco Belle' Mixed is spectacular!

Flowers 9 inches in diameter with dinner plate-like blooms are produced in an impressive mixture of rich colors approx. 4 1/2 months after sowing. Perfect for creating interest in borders, or as a feature plant on the patio.

Flowers mid summer to first frosts. Soak the seed for 1-2 hours in lukewarm water before sowing the seeds onto the surface of a good, free-draining, damp, seed sowing mix. Cover with 15mm (1/16in) of sowing mix or vermiculite. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a plastic bag at a temperature of 24-27C (75-80F). Do not exclude light as this helps germination.

Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into trays or 7.5cm (3in.) pots. Gradually acclimatize plants to cooler conditions for a few weeks before planting out after all risk fo frost 30-45cm (12-18in) apart. Can also be grown in large pots on the patio or in a conservatory.
