One of the best in the long spurred hybrid range producing 2-3 inch wide flowers in an excellent color range. Suitable for bedding and cut flowers. Flowers late spring/early summer.

- Sowing:
- Sow spring to mid summer in a good seed compost just covering the seed with compost. Germination can take from 1-3 months at 60-70F, to speed this up seal in a polythene bag after sowing and leave in a refrigerator for 3 weeks then place in warm 60-70F. Inspect regularly and remove if any start to germinate in the fridge.
- Growing:
- Transplant when large enough to handle into 3 inch pots. Move to a coldframe or plunge the pots up to their rims in a sheltered site outdoors and plant out in fall 12 inches apart.
- Aftercare:
- Plant in moist well drained soil, sun or part shade. Seed sown early will often produce flowers the same season.
