Spinach : Palco F1 (Organic)

Increasingly popular addition to mixed salads as both 'baby leaves' and as a mature plant. Quality, dark green leaves, throughout the season from March-September sown outdoors, with later sowings under glass. Downy Mildew A, B, C and D resistance. We are pleased to offer a range of seed varieties, all totally organic with the Soil Association accreditation. We have specially selected F1 hybrids or varieties bred to give increased hybrid vigour, garden performance and flavour, thus increasing your harvest. Because of their wide ranging pest and disease resistance, there will be no need for use of chemicals.

Sowing:

Sow thinly.

Growing:

Thin seedlings to 23cm (9in) apart when large enough to handle.

Aftercare:

Thinnings can be used in the kitchen.Water freely during growth.Harvest by snapping off leaves close to the ground, pick successively from several plants to ensure continuous supply.
