- California Bluebell Tropical Surf
- An attractive easy to grow annual with masses of scrumptious azure-blue blooms with white lacy centers, produced on low ground hugging plants. Spreading and low growing it is suitable for mixed beds and borders. Height: 9-12 inches.

- Sowing:
- Sow in early spring, or in the fall in mild areas, outdoors where they are to flower. Prepare the ground well and rake to a fine tilth before sowing. Sow 1/8 inch deep in rows12 inches apart. Germination usually takes approximately 21 days.
- Growing:
- When large enough to handle thin out to9 inches apart.
- Aftercare:
- They prefer a sunny, sheltered site and a moist garden loam but will grow in most sites and soils.
Caution: Bruising the leaves can stain clothing and close contact may cause allergies to people with sensitive skin.
