Squash : Hasta La Pasta
A major improvement on the old spaghetti squash, this variety offers appealing, deep orange flesh with a sweeter flavor. Extract the 'spaghetti' flesh from each boiled fruit to experience a very unusual vegetable. Generous yields of pale orange-skinned fruits of up to 2lbs.
Sowing:
Sow April to May. Sow seed, 1/2 inch deep in 3 inch pots of free draining compost. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag and place at 68-77F until after germination which takes 7 to 10 days. Do not exclude light, as this helps germination.

Can also be sown direct outdoors once the soil has warmed. Sow 2 seeds every 30 inches and thin out to the best seedling.

Growing:
Gradually acclimatize plants to outdoor conditions for a few days before planting out after all risk of frost, 30 inches apart.
