- Nemesia Paintbox Bicolor Mixed
- This unique bicolor mixture contains all the colors illustrated plus many more, attractive color combinations, as if put together on an artist's palette. Freely flowering throughout the summer on bushy, uniform, upright plants, in beds, borders, containers and windowboxes.
Type/hardiness: Half-hardy Annual; Prefers sun or part shade; Flowers: Summer to Fall.
- Sowing:
- Sow March to April at 59-68F on the surface of a good free draining, damp seed compost. Do not cover the seed. Place in a propagator or seal container inside a polythene bag until after germination which usually takes 7-21 days. Do not exclude light as this helps germination.
- Growing:
- Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into trays or 3 inch pots. Grow on in cooler conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost, 16 inches apart.
- Aftercare:
- Prefers any garden soil in full sun. Flowers mid summer to fall.
