Petunia Prism Sunshine F1

A sensational color and an absolute 'must' for the summer garden. The large, bright yellow blooms fade to cream and are often veined in lime green. With a long flowering period and excellent all weather performance, it is no wonder that it was awarded a Fleuroselect & All America Selections Gold Medal, Flowers summer. Height: 9-12 inches.

Sowing:

Sow from February to April at 70-80F on the surface of a good seed compost and gently firm down. Keep soil moist but not wet. Do not exclude light, sealing in a polythene bag after sowing is helpful. Germination usually takes 10-21 days.

Growing:

When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant and grow on in cooler conditions. Gradually acclimatize to outdoor conditions for 10-15 days before planting out after all risk of frost, 12 inches apart in a sunny spot on light well drained soil. For pot plants, baskets and containers, transplant the seedlings into 3 inch pots, grow cool, well ventilated and give plenty of light, but shade from direct sun.
