Herb : Salad Leaves Catalogna

An extremely easy to grow salad plant, which offers continuous helpings of fresh green leaflets with a delicate nutty flavour. Quick to harvest, you can pick the first crop weeks after sowing. Now that's an almost instant salad! Harvest as and when required. Will grow in any soil.

Sowing:

Sow outdoors, thinly, in ground which has been raked to a fine tilth.

Growing:

Space rows by 15cm (6in), no thinning is required. Keep cool and moist to prevent running to seed.

Aftercare:

Harvest as required, successional sowings will ensure continuous cropping throughout the season.
